1991 Wood World Inc Virginia Santa Claus France Hand Painted Christmas 6.5"

There are hairline cracks on the base and the Santa bag.  On the bag, it is hard to tell if the "cracks" are part of the decoration/texture or not.  Please refer to photos for further detail.
