Minor rubs on the corners - once  leather polished this will still look beautiful

Interior lining - clean no holes

Good working zipper conditions - still soft

Button  magnets  functioning in good condition

Hardwares - silver little bit tarnished but no green or  rust residues. It needs metal polish too.

Real leather is expensive.
