All my items are packed carefully and sent off in sound condition. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged by the post office, or items lost in shipping (and yes, I always keep proof of shipment, ie, the receipt!). Items sent via USPS Priority Mail are insured, other mailing options are not. If you aren’t willing to chance it, please request insurance and/or tracking BEFORE paying (the extra cost will be added to the invoice I will send you).
