TOSCA'S
CHRISTMAS
by Matthew Sturgis
illustrated by Anne Mortimer
An illustrated story of Tosca the cat's exploits on Christmas eve.
Tosca the Cat is enjoying her life as normal, dozing in armchairs and dreaming of steamed haddock when suddenly her world is turned upside down.
Her
favourite armchair is substituted for a giant tree, she can't sleep
on the beds upstairs as there is wrapping paper and gifts everywhere
and she can't go into the kitchen to investigate the tempting
Christmas smells within.
When Tosca accidently knocks over the
Christmas tree trying to reach the angel to make a wish, she is put
outside into the cold Christmas Eve night.
Luckily for Tosca, she meets a special friend who may be able to make all her wishes come true.
