This Dollhouse was made from the Greenleaf Sugarplum Tutor Cottage Package. This is a USA Made Kit. 

The kit came in sheets of flat wood and sheets of a low quality shingles. There is no staircase and it is advertised as a Single Great Room first floor and a Full Attic. It does have two fireplaces, chimney, plastic windows and no trim. Putting it together can be a bit tricky but decorating has so much to offer. This house is move in ready with wood floors, window trim. Extra work on the fireplaces, a built in window seat and pillows. The roofing shingles were upgraded to the #7104 Square Butt Shingles by Houseworks. The chimney and all brick work is simulated and not real bricks. It is however;  High Quality Paper by PaperHouse Products.

The House is painted a Light Purple and a very Dark Purple front door, window box and large Plant Pot. 

If your special little girl or older lady that loves Purple this little house is for you. The flowers in the window are nothing special and can be replaced (no glue) the painted large pot is the home of dried purple flowers three purple Iris plants and yellow handmade paper flowers. (The pot flowers are not glued and can be changed out for the seasons.)
