Used. Comes exactly as shown. Has some normal wear such as minor scuffs/scratches but nothing serious. Did not notice any significant issues.  Did not notice any holes or major stains.  Could use a bit of cleaning but nothing serious. All zippers seem to function fine. Inside liner that goes on the bottom is worn and has creases. Looks like it may have been folded before. Also, the vinyl on this piece os splitting on one of the corners. Would say that item is in overall good condition.
