Faux wood blinds with 50mm slats and an embossed pattern are a popular window treatment option. The term 'embossed pattern' indicates that the Charcoal blinds are designed with a textured surface, replicating the natural grain of real wood. Faux wood blinds with 50mm slats and an embossed pattern are favored for their durability, affordability, and resistance to moisture, making them a practical and stylish choice for a wide range of interior decors.
Crafted from top-notch composite materials such as vinyl and PVC, these blinds are meticulously designed to withstand heavy use in high-traffic areas and endure rough play, proving to be a highly resilient and practical solution for any room in your home.
Features & Specification
Often designed with an embossed pattern to mimic the texture and appearance of real wood grain, providing a natural and authentic look.
Made from a composite material, typically PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or vinyl, which
emulates the look of real wood.
Available in various slat widths, 50mm (2 inches) is a common size. This
determines the width of the individual horizontal pieces that form the blind.
It can be adjusted to control the amount of light entering a room, providing varying levels
of privacy.
The 50mm slats provide good light control, allowing you to adjust the level of privacy
and sunlight entering the room.
Includes brackets and screws for installation, which may vary depending on whether
they are mounted inside or outside the window frame.
Moisture Resistance Known for their resistance to moisture, making them suitable for
high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens.
Easy to clean and maintain, often requiring only a wipe-down with a damp cloth or
gentle cleaning with mild soapy water.
Inside & outside mounting
If you are going to hang the blinds inside the window frame, the brackets will be attached to the sides of the frame at the top of the window. Check that the top of the window frame is level and place the brackets in the corners as close to the outer edges of the window frame as possible.
Outside mount (sometimes referred to as outside brackets) means that a blind or shade is installed outside of the window frame. Outside mount window treatments can be mounted on the face of the window rim or on the wall above the window. It does not mean the blind is installed outdoors.
Corded mechanism
A corded mechanism used in these blinds to tilt the slats instead of a tilt wand mechanism. Our blinds have a traditional look ‘up and down slats’ slightly to dust both sides. Our blinds tilt effortlessly smooth with ‘easy raise and lower’ system to the right side. Open and close to the left side. Move the string on the right side to lock and on the left side to unlock for tilting slats.
ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE.
But you can easily trim the blind drop by removing excess slats from the bottom. (Instructions Included)

Important: When fitting your blind, you must fit the safety device provided with the blind to the wall in order to tie up the pull cord safely out of the way of children and pets. For safety, we recommend that you move beds, cots, and furniture away from any windows, even when a safety device is in place.
