Looks to be in good condition, i did not use this one so i dont know know how many miles are on the cutter but generally these arent used often
This one is cool, it comes with a ball bearing ring for when youre actually facing
This is akin to Campagnolo 725 tool , Cobra was the maker of Campys tools but also had their own line also
