This original and unique Tramfabriek re-motor kit upgrades the Dapol B1 to a silent and smooth running motor. This is a straight forward, but major upgrade for this model. Your model will run like a brand new train. Actually, better, as this kit offers you a coreless 12V motor with a better performance than the original. You will really notice this at the lower speed steps, as a coreless motor doesn't have this "snapping" of the motor magnets.

Suitable for the following Dapol models art nrs: 1225, 1230, 1234, 1252, 61000, 61097, 61099, 61363, 61406.

For this conversion, you'll have to open the model, following the step by step instructions on the Tramfabriek website. The old motor has to be taken out and is not needed anymore. This procedure can be done with general modelling tools, no milling is needed. You need a soldering iron to connect the wires.

DCC compatible. Ideal CV settings for many decoders are available on the Tramfabriek website.
