Vintage  American Character 12 " Tiny Toodles Doll amer char  doll rubber - 

Her name is Lucy from the 1930's the bow area on top of head you can put a ribbon in it's like a ponytail on her head .

- I do not know if it is a boy or girl- it is made of rubber I do believe -  head and feet and arms are all good - it needs a wipe down - the arms move - the head and eyes are great   Rare Find. Great addition for collectors. - look before you bid!
