Pair of 2SK170 /2SK74 - i have only limited quantity and offering only small quantities of these at a time 

the price is per Dual Pair- 2 number 2SK170BL and 2 number 2SJ74BL - all the four FETs have same IDSS value .  The Matching values are much more than adequate for most applications. Tektronix Curve tracer has an accuracy 10 uA when selected cursor position. Curve tracer takes time to check individual FET checking but eliminates chances of Fakes. I bought these more than a decade back from well known and reliable sellers, I have not found any fake FETs
