How to List and Sell Real Estate by Danielle Kennedy. This book is a very good investment for anyone who has just entered the field or who has been unsuccessful in it. I was a real estate broker for over 25 years with my own company. When I began real estate I knew nothing about selling or real estate. I only knew that I wanted to succeed. I became like a sponge listening for any tips or methods that any of the 'old timers' could tell me. I went to every seminar I could and took notes. I became obsessed with succeeding in real estate. And I did!
There are many books and methods but it all requires hard work and dedication. Read this book and apply it. That is the best advise anyone can give you. Best of luck on your journey!
