Supports are removed, models are cleaned, and cured before being sent to you. We take great care in preparing your model for your enjoyment and we have a very high-quality control standard. Due to the nature of 3D printing, there could be small errors, or a small piece of support may be missed and require cleanup. Multipart models may need sanding, filling for small gaps like greenstuff, and glued. Think of this as being no different than how injection plastic molded models are prepared for painting.
