The 19L water cooler's 5-stage filtration system is a great addition to any home or office, saving you money and storage space. Simply add tap water to the filtration system and bottle the purest tasting water. The refillable bottle fits most top-loading coolers. The highest quality 5-stage water filtration system removes 99 percent. of total dissolved solids from tap water - more than any other leading brand. The filter reduces lead, chromium and PFOA/PFOS. A free TDS meter is included with the product, which can be used to check the amount of dissolved solids before and after filtering tap water. This filter bottle is compatible with most water coolers on the market today. For the cooler to be compatible with the ZeroWater filter bottle, the reservoir on top of the cooler must be at least 30cm wide and 30cm deep, with no obstructions.
LARGE CAPACITY WATER DISPENSER
This large capacity water cooler dispenser is perfect for families or offices. It is easy to fill and maintain - no more heavy lifting! Connect to the top-loading cooler of your choice and get cold or hot filtered water.

This 19 liter filter system is perfect for the office and home.
During the first stage of filtration, ZeroWater's combination of activated carbon and oxidation reduction removes the chlorine taste characteristic of tap water.
The ion exchange filtration step removes almost all dissolved solids that may be left over from public water systems or even released into the water from pipelines, such as aluminum, lead, zinc, nitrates and others.
Three additional filtration stages are required to remove other contaminants and provide sufficient treatment time for the water to achieve a solids reading of "000" on the laboratory grade meter included in the kit.
Stage 1: Coarse filter to remove fine particles/sediment.
Stage 2: A spreader that maximizes contact time.
Stage 3: A multi-layer system using an alloy of activated carbon and oxidation reduction.
Stage 4: Complex ion exchange cycle
Stage 5: Non-woven membrane to remove fine particles.
Pollutants or other substances that are removed or reduced by this water purifier are not necessarily present in all users' water.
WHEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE THE FILTER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to accurately determine the lifetime of the filter.
This is because the water contamination varies from tap to tap.
To let you know when it's time to change the filter, you get a free TDS meter with every pitcher.
Put it in and test the water every week to know if it's time to change the filter.

NOTES!
Do not use non-disinfected water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
Unless otherwise specified, municipal water is suitable for drinking.
*Filtered drinking tap water tested by an independent laboratory (not the US Food and Drug Administration) for quality and can use the purity label. Compared to water treated with filters from major filter manufacturers.
QUANTITY OF CLEANED WATER
The water testing device (TDS meter) is calibrated and ready for use.
A TDS meter indicates the number of dissolved solids in water in parts per million (1 ppm = 1 milligram of dissolved solids per liter of water).
When dissolved solids in water are present (according to TDS readings):
from 002 to 050 ppm (lightly polluted water) - cleans ~ 150 liters
051 to 200 ppm (most common contamination) - cleans 95 to 150 liters
201 to 300 ppm (solid particles high) - cleans 55 to 95 liters
from 301 to 400 ppm (solid particles very high) - cleans from 30 to 55 liters
above 401 ppm (solid particles are particularly high) - cleans 30 liters and less
WHAT IS TDS? TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS
Dissolved solids of substances such as minerals, salts and organic compounds that dissolve in water in contact with rocks and other surfaces are measured. TDS can be made up of several different types of compounds (including but not limited to): calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium chloride, and sulfides (which are often found in supply water).
*Elevated TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) can affect the taste and appearance of your water.
