This stunning up-cycled vintage hat features a beautiful pink and purple tilt design, complete with 1930s French ostrich feathers. The hat is crafted from 100% hand painted swirled wool and boasts an Art Deco look, perfect for adding a touch of vintage glamour to any cocktail occasion. The hat is one size fits all and is an original piece from the 1930s that was revived by me, ideal for collectors or fashion enthusiasts.
The inner band is the interior self belt from a Jaques Fath dress. The original hook as at the back tip of the hat so that you can add a bobby pin to secure.
Interior elastic is new. The back veil can be adjusted for length by removing the vintage pin. I will place a clear plastic tip on the end for safety.
I have been evolving the design of this piece over the years and she is finally ready to go out into the world.
This is a one of a kind piece with my label (which is also up cycled from a defunct brand.)
