The carburetor was completely disassembled and cleaned in the ultrasonic bath.
The case was blasted with glass beads.
The heating spiral and the shut-off valve have been tested for function replaced with a new or adequate original used part if necessary.
The carburetor was then reassembled with a new sealing set and membranes. Finally, the accelerator pump was checked for function, the beam of the injection tube was adjusted and the float chamber was checked for leakage.
The throttle shaft has been rebooked. (PTFE/Metal Bronze Sockets)

The carburetor is in basic setting upon delivery and must be fine-tuned with suitable measuring instruments after assembly.
Please note, not only the carburetor is responsible for proper engine running. They should check the following points in advance:
-Condition and setting of the entire ignition system (spark plugs, ignition cable, ignition coil, ignition distributor, condition of the breaker/contact distance as well as closing angle, capacitor, ignition time, centrifugal force adjustment, vacuum box)
-Condition of fuel lines as well as petrol pressure and petrol filters (if possible not installed in the engine compartment)
-Valve clearance
