Item Description :  Wall hanging Mess / Service plaque

New condition : All items are brand new unless otherwise stated in this description or the heading

Item Size: UK specification 14.5cm x 18cm.

Item Colour: As per UK specification exactly as seen in photo.

Item Material: Exactly UK specification materials for this plaque. Timber base plaque manufactured from wood and veneers cut from British sustainable sources. Plate is hand screened here in our workshops from enamels.  Again as seen in photo.

Fitting : As per UK spec for this plaque with a wall hanging cut out on the reverse of the item

Manufacture Process: Hand screened here in our workshops in the UK , timber cut and finished here in our workshops in the UK.

Packaging : All items are posted inside a box made from protective corrugate cardboard and wrapped inside in tissue paper.

Postage : ALL our items are posted by 2nd class recorded post, there is no option to this under our contract so please do not ask for any other postage method and at no time will we send anything unrecorded which makes it a safer marketplace for both seller and buyer.

You are charged for postage and packaging AT COST, we do not make money from postage and packaging so if you are unsure of the costs please check the Royal Mails website and look for the relevant costs for the package you receive where you will see you have been charged for nothing more than postage and the Jiffy bag it travels in.

UK manufacturing : Your item purchase is manufactured and sold under strict quality control procedure which gives you the added security of knowing your item is not a rip off overseas piece of junk but is an item manufactured in the United Kingdom under UK trusted procedure. You may in fact find much cheaper versions of this online but I guarantee you they are overseas rubbish not licensed and therefore regularly not accurate either. You are warned if your looking away from this site to remember cheap prices means cheap production and cheap materials

So buy from a reputable dealer based in the UK!

Domestic Handling time :  Please make sure you read fully the domestic handling times and postage times BEFORE you buy this item, all of which are shown a number of times in both the item description, under the postage tab directly under the photo, and on the right of the photo near the postage costs area and within the automated E Mails you receive from E bay immediately after the sale, Make sure you are happy with that information before buying your item which will save then the chasing e mails we spend hours replying to afterwards to simply then be redirected as a buyer back to this notification. Please be aware that we endeavour as a company to post your items as swiftly as we possibly can at all times.

Please make sure you have read ALL these item specifics details, shipping & Handling times etc completely before you buy this hand made to order by us bespoke item which will save so much time for buyer and seller alike, BUT remember whilst these are outside times we usually deliver very quickly as our feedback states.

If you need this item for a specific gift giving ,Xmas or Remembrance day for example please make sure you allow at these periods of very heavy trading at the very least the time shown in the domestic handling  tab on this items description to ensure you receive your item in time for your need, please remember at these heavy trading periods that everyone wants their item by time travel however we can and do experience periods such as the run up to Xmas and Remembrance day where we are packing literally thousands of items per day and as such we pack in a first come first served basis and do not “queue jump” any orders because everyone’s order is important to us so please allow PLENTY of time for us to manufacture, pack and post your item and avoid the “where is my item” E Mails before the domestic handling period has elapsed.

Feedback : Please be fair and make sure that you leave The Veterans Store 5 stars in the DSR ratings on feedback, because we always deliver items within the advertised times, and correctly as to the order placed, any items that are damaged or do not arrive are ARE always the fault of Royal Mail not us so please do not damage our feedback or DSR ratings because we will not be at fault.

Please also do not be one of those underhand types that leave positive feedbacks and then low one star ratings in the DSRs because as you know sellers now have a DSR E Bay dashboard where we can view exactly day to day whom leaves what star rating on their items and buyers who contravene the seller protection policy on E bay are suspended instantly by E bay for such practice so please be honest and rewards our hard work with the best possible feedback .

However please be sensible if you E Mail us at midnight you are not going to get an answer till the next day or if you contact on a Friday night no answer will arrive till Monday morning , this isn’t Batman’s cave , a search light does not go into the sky and we all rush in to work the moment an E Mail arrives, I am joking but you understand what I mean, you have no idea how many times people E Mail after work on a Friday then over the weekend start sending rude E mails because they do not get an answer BECAUSE WERE NOT HERE at weekends!!! at the point of purchase all items are allocated a tracking number for the buyers information, this does not mean it is dispatched it merely means the tracking number is there for your information so you know your order is in hand.
