International Package Loss Responsibilities

In order to offer the lowest shipping fee, when sending items by INTERNATIONAL MAIL, USPS INTERNATIONAL LETTER Shipping, they will be shipped without a tracking number.  I cannot be held responsible if the shipment packet is lost due to USPS or International mail handling.  I will send you a photo of your shipment envelope taken at the USPO with their postmark on it as proof of shipment.
