Original Cinelli 1A Old Milano Logo stem from 1972 for FRENCH STEERERS - QUILL IS 22.0mm NOT 22.2 LIKE FOR ENGLISH OR ITALIAN. Cinelli drilled a small indentabiove the back expander slot on their french quill stems which are slightly under standar size. These are hard to find with 22.0mm quill and also rare 26.0 handlebar clamp
