Talbots Men’s Blue Long Sleeve Button Down 80s 4-Ply Cotton Dress Shirt 15.5/33.

The photos came out with the shirt looking darker in a few pics and lighter blue in the rest.

Although color varies from monitor to monitor, the lighter blue pics reflect the shirt’s true color.

Measurements laid flat:

Pit to pit -21”

Length from enter back collar - 31”

Sleeve from center back collar to end of cuff - 32.5”

Neck - 15.5”

This is from the Talbot’s brand when they sold Menswear (early 2000’s) along with womens clothing - which is what Talbot’s is known for.

Their men’s clothing was similar in price and quality to their well-known women’s clothing. They stopped making men’s clothing in 2008 to focus on their main market - women.

This shirt is vintage Talbot’s Men’s clothing - and it’s of course 80’s FOUR PLY COTTON - which is weaved heavier and can take much more friction before it starts to fray.

The shirt is in good condition. I took some close up pics - so if you enlarge them you can clearly see that the blue shirt has a herringbone weave to it.

That’s a clear sign of the quality of this vintage shirt.
