DELIVERY INFORMATION:
- Standard free postage is Royal Mail 1st class. This has a 1-2 business day aim, however is not a guarantee. Lost mail is infrequent, but possible around busy seasons. If your order has not arrived 10 business days after dispatching, please send us a message and we can raise a ticket with Royal Mail and refund or replace your order.
- Postage upgrades are available at checkout if you would like tracked or guaranteed postage.
- If you need your order URGENTLY or by a specific date, please send us a message before placing your order to confirm we can get the order to you in time. Please note that refunds are not given for late deliveries unless you have selected the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service.
