The 2290 P DYNAMIC DIGITAL DELAY is a delay pedal that continues the legacy of the TC2290, incorporating its sound, operation, and design into a pedal format. TC Electronic has achieved a sound and design worthy of its name.

It was not an easy journey to perfectly recreate the sound of the TC2290. This is because when we opened up the internals of the original TC2290 to study it, we found to our surprise that it was designed largely with analog components. In fact, in the late 1980s, "digital" was the buzz word, and if a product used even the slightest digital feature inside, it was labeled "digital. TC Electronic decided to emulate the sound of the TC2290 by emulating these components from scratch in a way that was far from the typical digital delay pedal development. Finally, the 2290 P DYNAMIC DIGITAL DELAY was created with the love and passion of TC Electronic engineers.
