How to use a hand drill to drill holes in the stone/glass/tile? 
Step 1.Start drilling with center pilot bit, keep adding water when drilling
Step 2.After making the initial marks, remove the center pilot bit
Step 3.Drilling without a center pilot bit, continuously "wobble" of the drill rather that steady pressure straight on.
Pilot bit install: align the screw with the notch of the pilot bit.
