Shipping

All orders are sent within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delays and additional charges.

We will provide tracking details by the fowling morning once  an order has been sent we encourage you to track delivery. If delivery has been missed please ensure you arrange re-delivery any items which are “returned to send” will incur re-delivery cost.

We require street address for bulky items cannot use PO BOX.

All orders leave our warehouse with tax invoice enclosed.

Delivery

Please check all items delivered against invoice have arrived and are in good order.

Any claims of damage or short delivery must be made within 72 hours of receipt of delivery, GIANNI&COSTA

takes no responsibility thereafter. Claims must be emailed together with photos of any damage.

The delivery driver will require assistance to unload bulky/ heavy items.

All deliveries are made  to your front door and no further.

Stone baths will de delivered within the lot as far as the pallet jack can travel.

We do not deliver inside the house and cannot go past stairs, loose surface, steep driveways and uneven surfaces.

Free pick up from our warehouses available

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition, damages items, items not in their original packaging or condition, items with writing on the box, will not be accepted.

We will not under any circumstance accept the return of an installed item. Installation of a product is deemed acceptance of the goods and becomes the property of the purchase thereafter.

For all custom orders, deposits are non refundable, and we do not accept returns. The includes stone bench tops.

We accept payment by any of the following methods:
