Royal Mail or courier?

Small and / or light items are dispatched via Royal Mail (generally those lighter than 1kg)

Bulky / heavy items are dispatched by courier.  

Delivery times

In all cases I use the cheapest (and therefore the slowest) service I can find to keep the cost to you as low as possible. Faster delivery times are usually possible but at extra cost – contact me before paying if speed is important to you.  International shipments are surface mail.

Please note that if sent by courier then the courier requires 24 working hours notice of collection and then there is a 3-5 day delivery time. I cannot get an advised delivery date for this service nor can I chase delivery until the 5 days has been exceeded. All information will be reported through the courier’s online tracking system.

I aim to wrap and dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving payment but I cannot guarantee this and therefore the eBay dispatch time is set to allow for all eventualities.
