For Sale is a vintage Parker Insignia brushed stainless steel & chrome trim twist ball point pen. This beautiful pen was made in the U.S.A. and is new old stock with a new black Parker refill. It has the Parker name, Insignia, -the Arrow logo, the IIIA Date Code and U.S.A. engraved on the ring. The pen has no advertising, a tight clip and measures 5 1/4"long.
