Vintage 2001 Imperial 5-1/4" Toy Turtle Silicone And Hard Plastic. Turtles body is made of soft rubbery silicone and it's shell is hard plastic. Shell is removable as shown in the pictures. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be or not but it does stay on good. Could also be glued at sides to make it permanent if needed. Item is in very good condition
