Drought from a Kay’s Jewelers in 2018 worn for about 2 years only other than that has been in my jewelry box

There is a visible stamp that says it is 14K, not 10K as the carbon copy says. 10K was from another ring part of the set brought at the same time.

It is a small ring finger size, on the carbon copy paper says a 4.25, I’ve always wore a bit smaller sizes though but this fits perfectly on my hand (not loose or too tight) but ready for a change.
