Beautiful vintage porcelain semi - bisque finish with finely painted detail.  Perfect condition. The bottom base is marked in blue Goebel W. Germany and is impressed 21/0 ; 14.  Artist sig. initials in black - 83 on bottom.

Heavenly Angel blue print sticker intact on back base edge.

Comes with Goebel tag on string.
