4. We offer a 12 month manufacturer parts only warranty for all new item only. (manufacturing defects only).

Our warranty lasts for 12 months but only covers manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to send out a replacement part or have your item replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our Cambridgeshire depot.
