I found this at an estate sale and it is dated on the back 1994

Measures 40 ½" x 40 ½"

This could also be used as a wall hanging.  There is a sleeve on the back to be able to put a rod into to hang.

Most of the top has been hand quilted, see closeup pictures.

Colors are: Light & Dark Blue, Red & Brown.

There are 4 Corner stones with a house in each corner.

Blue & Red Hearts are on all 4 sides of the quilt.

The back also has nice coordinating fabrics, see pictures

There are no defects, very clean & no smells.

Someone has put a lot of time into this.
