Mattel Lil' Mermaid doll from 1991. Firstly let me say that this doll comes from a smokers home. If that is a problem do not buy. The doll can be washed but I'm selling as is. Her hair needs to be combed or brushed and treated with a conditioner.  The battery compartment is clean and all wires look to be attached. I installed a fresh 9V battery but I could not get it to make a sound.  I did not want to soak it in water so I do not know if the lights inside the doll light up or not. On the dolls forehead there is a black spot which i did not attempt to remove. Please see all photos for true condition. Only the doll and the informational brochure is included in this listing.
