La valvola della forcella YSS trasforma una forcella convenzionale in una sensazione controllata con un migliore contatto con la strada. CAD sviluppato e temprato da alluminio 6061 T6 estremamente leggero con 65 Rockwell.
Finemente regolabile e utilizzabile per quasi tutti i diametri di forcella.
Un sofisticato sistema di porte delle valvole modifica il flusso dell''olio nella forcella in modo tale che il contatto con la strada e il feedback siano molto più diretti.
Questo dà al conducente sicurezza e sensibilità per il manto stradale.
Area di utilizzo: applicazioni su strada, fuoristrada, corse e touring.
Le valvole della forcella sono predisposte per il corrispondente diametro della forcella.
La successiva regolazione fine può essere effettuata utilizzando la quantità di olio o altra viscosità dell''olio.
Principio operativo:
La valvola forcella YSS è inserita tra l''asta del pistone e la molla della forcella. Per questo è importante conoscere in anticipo il diametro interno del pescante e il foro nello stelo del pistone.
La regolazione fine della valvola a forcella è possibile con poco sforzo dopo l''installazione:
Il ponte della forcella deve essere allentato, l''olio della forcella rimosso e la valvola della forcella sollevata.
La vite di regolazione può quindi essere serrata o allentata di nuovo in passi di 2 giri con una chiave a brugola.
Ricordarsi di girare prima la vite superiore e poi serrare il dado di fermo inferiore.
