This is for a set of scanner weights that are designed for scanning CD booklets. These are custom designed and hand made by me and will probably only appeal to a very small group of people. These are designed to hold the printed media of a CD flat against the the glass of a scanner bed. They are slightly bigger than 1 side of a booklet, so the crease of the booklet (where the staples are) can be in-between the weights while the booklet pages will still be completely covered by the weights. The acrylic base of each weight is flat and stiff so the weight is applied evenly to the paper.
Dimensions are:
Weights 5" x 5"
Base: 11.5" x 6"
Each weight is right at 2 pounds. Enough weight to hold most CD booklets flat, but not enough to stress the glass when both are used. I have used them on normal document sized scanner and A3 size scanner.
Do the nature of these being hand made, there may be some delay in getting each set shipped (unlikely, but could happen).
