The base is engraved on one side with "Parsons" as shown; otherwise the figure is unmarked.  It appears to be a hood ornament but I am not entirely sure, please judge based on the photos.  Made of a silverplated, nonmagnetic metal.  There is some wear and tarnish to the silverplating and some scuffs, scratches, nicks, etc typical of age and storage.  Please see photos for full details.  Approximately 4.5" long.
