De knowhow die op de racebanen is opgedaan, wordt direct verwerkt in de productie van de standaardfilters,
om de veeleisende rijder een product te bieden dat is getest, goed werkt en voortdurend in ontwikkeling is.
De gebruikte materialen zijn de beste die momenteel op de markt verkrijgbaar zijn.
Filters zijn gemaakt van een enkel rubberen frame om breuk te voorkomen.
Het filterelement is gemaakt van een speciaal katoenen doek (4 lagen) gedrenkt in een low tack olie.
Het is samengesteld uit een aluminium gaas behandeld met een epoxy-oplossing om benzinedampen en oxidatie te weerstaan.
Daarnaast heeft katoen het voordeel dat het wasbaar en herbruikbaar is.
Deze kenmerken zorgen voor een hogere luchtstroom dan originele papieren filters, minimale inkomende luchtdrukval en dus betere motorprestaties.
