Mahle-oliefilters voorkomen dat vuildeeltjes het smeercircuit verlaten, waardoor de kwaliteit van de olie en de prestaties en zuinigheid van de motor behouden blijven.
Voordelen Mahle oliefilters:
- Weerstand tegen koude start dankzij een stabiele plooigeometrie
- Betrouwbare scheiding van verontreinigde en gefilterde olie door hoogwaardige afdichtingsmaterialen en precies passende verbindingsdelen
- Belastingspieken tot 20 bar worden gecompenseerd door de hoge drukbestendigheid van de behuizing
- Olietoevoer te allen tijde gegarandeerd door het overdrukventiel (bij dikke olie, zoals deze wordt geleverd bij koude startfasen of bij lage omgevingstemperaturen, evenals op een sterk vervuilde plaats bij overschrijding van de interval filterelementvervanging)
- De terugslagklep voorkomt dat het filter leegloopt als de motor stilstaat en zorgt voor een snelle toevoer van olie bij het starten van de motor
