He wakes up in an abandoned hospital from a coma and finds the world that he knew hs long gone.

Rick is still bound to uphold the law and is wearing his full deputy uniform, his hat and carries his pistol plus he comes with approximately 22 points of articulation and stands at approximatley 5" tall.
