Vintage tiny brass self tapping screw picture hanger or used for other crafts, with little handle that pivots half way, 1/2" tall overall from top to bottom of screw. The screw itself is 1/4" long x 1/16th diameter. The base of the brass at the top of the screw is 1/4" diameter and the handle is 1/4" tall. Very hard to find vintage hardware.
