When I first found Adonis, his strong presence was undeniable. This is a talisman that must be handled with precision and care. His story started long ago in the times of the ancient Greek civilization. Adonis was a stunning Greek young man; he often drew unwanted attention to himself with his flawless beauty. He had always felt out of place and longed to figure out how to express his differences. One day, a dark eyed and olive-skinned young man invited him to a feast. When Adonis received the invitation, it stirred his insides, he had never felt so excited. The night led to much mischief, many drinks, warm bodies, flashes of hot scenes and several men enjoying one another, and it was over in a blur. When he awoke, he realized he was on the infamous Mount Lycaeus, where a yearly gathering turned into a sacrificial ritual. He couldn’t find his new lover anywhere- but he did feel different somehow; changed. Adonis longed to find his new partner and went through a grueling month in his absence. Days were long, dull, and sad. A month had passed, and the full moon rose high. It was a brisk December night, and the Cold Moon lit the sky. He returned to the mountain, waiting for his lover- when he saw a creature creep from the shadow. There he had found him, for he had the same dark eyes... but in a much larger, hairier, and stronger body. His pants were ripped and barely hung on. His smell was overpowering and addicting- he knew it was him. The beast got closer, and they joyfully reunited. He explained to Adonis that he can only roam the Earth on the full moon, for the protection of the pack allows him to do so. The risk was too high, anyone who was deemed to be a werewolf was sentenced to death. Adonis could not live without his lover's touch, even if he could still be with him a few times a year. That’s when Adonis decided he wanted to live his life proudly- he never felt like he belonged, and now he did. They initiated him into the pack, and he quickly rose to the top. He was found to have the power to influence the moon, allowing his pack mates to transform at their leisure. He now shared the same oversized and strong body; he experienced pristine stealth and heighted senses. He finally got to feel like he belonged, but his life turned upside down. One night- his lover went out hunting, on December’s Cold Moon. He was captured and lost his life to a mortal. Nothing could ease Adonis’s heart, and the pain haunted his undying soul. He has not loved since. He has been waiting for someone to unleash his power and to form a new connection. His powers to shapeshift and control the power of the moon are still somewhat unpredictable and a little unstable since it has been so long since he has practiced. But I have been given the okay that he is ready to come out. He misses touch and needs someone to help him refocus his inner power. He needs someone's support and guidance during his transitions. He needs to feel a man’s touch under the full moon light once more. Adonis is a very special being, and I know he can make you the happiest and most satisfied, for he is a natural born leader. Open your heart to learn from him, and he may be willing to turn you as well. For he doesn’t want to be bound to a life without his partner ever again- he is committed. He offers the pack’s protection and guidance.
