From the shape of the setting lever spring and the inside diameter of the mainspring barrel (9.3mm) they look like they are for Durowe 440 caliber. 

There is also a clutch automatic module wheel for Durowe D570 included, so parts might fit these 2 Durowe calibers (and others?).
