Harry Houdini Signed Autograph 2x2" Vintage Cut Paper Extremely Rare Piece READ!

Came with this cut piece that explains the interesting history behind this signed RARE Vintage piece!

"History:  In 1923 Harry Houdini was in Chicago.  My Great-Grandfather was a plumber, mover and lock smith at the time.  Houdini came to my Great-Father because he needed keys.  He Drew my Grandfather a rough sketch of the types of locks he would be using in his next act.  This would give my Great-Grandfather an idea of what Houdini needed."

This is believed to have come from a collection purchased from a woman by the name of Margaret Simon who was secretary to Paul Bern in the late 20's and close friend to Jean Harlow.  She left Bern and worked wardrobe for Universal during it's monster heyday.  Then spent the remaining career at MGM.  She kept a scrapbook that included multiple items that I currently have up for sale.  As the story goes, her nephew eventually came into possession of her collection and sold signatures cut from this scrapbook, photos, letters, signatures, etc.  This information was provided to me by a prior collector of some of these autographs.

I do not authenticate autographs, however I do guarantee all autographs I sell.  If proven to be fake, a refund will be issued once/if the item is received in the same condition as sold.

This was purchased from a large collection from a collector that purchased the majority off eBay.
