Please review all pictures for overall condition and size, as this helps form the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age and use. Has some scratches, minor dents, minor bends possibly, paint loss and chips, light oxidation, tarnish, dirt, dust, stains, etc. Wear should be visible in the photos. We did dust this item, wipe it/detail it and cleaned it very well. Still will find some nooks and crannies that need to be cleaned a bit.

The wheels are attached very well, all parts seem to be functioning properly. Wheels and steering wheel turn well. The Grader plow rotates and locks in well, also raises and lowers well. The spring tabs that lock in the up/down position can be just a bit sticky and needs a little jiggle sometimes. All positions lock in well though.
