We aim to deal with returns within5 working days after receiving the item back from you.

We do not offer exchanges, so you will be refunded after receiving the item back from you.

You can return the item back to us within 14 days after purchase. Make sure you obtain proof of dispatch from postal services, in case it will go missing. That will work as proof that the goods were sent back to us.

If you haven’t received your refund after returning the item back to us within 14 days please let us know.

Returned items must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.

Returns that miss fulfilling these requirements will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the buyer. No refund will be provided.
