Book is complete and pages clean and unmarked. The covers are a little scuffed as you can see in the photos and the front cover and spine are slightly warped (see photo 4). There is slight separation of the front and back pages from the covers due to age which you can see in photos 5, 6 and 12.

Otherwise in great shape.

Please note image 5 and 7 show that the first edition was printed by Macmillan Company, and this edition was printed by GSG Associates. Unsure of the second publication year as it's not stated in the text anywhere.
