This is for 8m of Rayotec underfloor heating it is for tiles as comes with composite board bt sure with a bit of research may be used on other floor coverings was going to fit out hall way and bathroom  but would have been far to difficult due to lay out. I paid just under £600 it comes with 2 thermostat and is everything needed to complete the installation due to size pick up only
