RARE Pigskin JAPANESE COLOUR PRINTS Book 1923 Lawrence Binyon Signed #84/100.

Extremely rare book, only 100 of these pigskin handmade editions printed. Measures roughly 10” inches wide by 12” inches tall. The book overall is a treasure trove of information regarding early Japanese color prints. Full of mark identifiers as well as a general history. The back of the book has color plates and black and white plates. More than just a old book, a great resource for anyone dealing in Japanese prints. Signed on the interior by both authors.

The book does not have the (extra) binding of prints that was separate, and are rarely found with these editions. That said, the entire back of the book has color prints as well as black and whites for identification and reference.
