pants marked as a size ladies 12 BUT vintage sizing runs smaller than modern day sizing. they seem to fit like a modern day womens medium (mannequin in the photos is a size small and they were slightly big on her plus the fabric is stretchy)

fabric has some lycra in it so there is some 'give' to the measurements below:

waist measures 29 inches

hips measure 39 inches

inseam measures 29 inches (pants are cut longer in the back compared to the front)

outseam (total length) measures 39.5 inches
