Congratulations on your purchase of a HealTech Electronics Exhaust Servo Eliminator module (ESE). This unit will fit all motorcycles which have an exhaust valve and servo motor. The Plug ‘n Go connector makes installation quick and easy, eliminating the need to alter the bike’s original wiring. Attention: By installing this product, your bike’s noise emission level may be increased which might violate local emission norms/regulations. Do not use on public roads.

Before installing this product, please make sure you got the right part for your bike. See the part number on the packaging and use the Product Advisor on our website to check compatibility. These instructions are applicable to a wide range of motorcycles and describe the main install steps needed for a successful installation. Locate the stock exhaust servo motor. 2. Unplug the connector and remove the servo motor. 3. Plug the ESE module into the wiring harness connector(s). 4. Peel off the green plastic from the back of the unit and mount it. Secure the wiring with the supplied cable tie. 5. If the exhaust pipe (along with the valve) is not removed/replaced at this time, check and make sure that the valve is locked in the fully open position. If you are not sure which is the fully open position, start the engine and let it idle. Move the exhaust valve with its cables end to end. When the exhaust noise is louder, that is the fully open position. Lock the exhaust valve cables in that position. 6. On certain bike models the FI light may still be ON after installing the product. Take a short ride 3 times. On the next power up, the FI light should stay OFF.

Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler. 1. Suchen Sie den serienmäßigen Auspuff-Servomotor. 2. Ziehen Sie den Stecker ab und entfernen Sie den Servomotor. 3. Stecken Sie das ESE-Modul in den/die Kabelbaumstecker. 4. Ziehen Sie den grünen Kunststoff von der Rückseite des Geräts ab und montieren Sie es. Sichern Sie die Verkabelung mit dem mitgelieferten Kabelbinder. 5. Wenn das Abgasrohr (zusammen mit dem Ventil) zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht entfernt/ersetzt wird, prüfen Sie, ob das Ventil in der vollständig geöffneten Position verriegelt ist. Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, welche Position vollständig geöffnet ist, starten Sie den Motor und lassen Sie ihn im Leerlauf laufen. Bewegen Sie das Auslassventil mit seinen Kabeln von Ende zu Ende. Wenn das Abgasgeräusch lauter ist, ist dies die vollständig geöffnete Position. Arretieren Sie die Auslassventilkabel in dieser Position. 6. Bei bestimmten Fahrradmodellen kann die FI-Leuchte nach der Installation des Produkts immer noch eingeschaltet sein. Machen Sie dreimal eine kurze Fahrt. Beim nächsten Einschalten sollte die FI-Leuchte AUS bleiben.
