For sale are a number of Intel NUC "Next Unit of Computing" 5th-generation Core-i3 mini PCs. Intel part number is NUC5i3MYBE. They were removed from industrial control systems in working order and have been tested to boot up to a 64-bit Windows 7 desktop. However, full functional testing was NOT performed! They are being sold strictly AS-IS!

Customers have found that SOME, but not ALL, Thunderbolt 1.2/Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapters do NOT work with these units. As I cannot duplicate every possible combination of display cables and adapters, I CANNOT guarantee video compatibility. They are tested using an older Mini DisplayPort-VGA adapter and a Dell monitor from 2007.

Again, I CANNOT guarantee these NUCs will work with all Thunderbolt 1.2/Mini DisplayPort adapters!

Basic on-board capabilities of the NUC include:

• Intel 5th generation Core i3-5010U quad-core processor @ 2.10GHz
• Intel HD Graphics 5500
• 4 USB 3.0 capable ports
• 2 Mini-DisplayPort video outputs
• 1 SATA port
• 2 PCIe x16 slots - 1 of these will support an M.2 2280 SSD, and the other will support Wi-Fi cards, etc.
• Realtek HD Audio - I believe the built-in audio jack is stereo output only
• Intel Gigabit Ethernet
• Serial Communications (COM) port
• Microsoft Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 - This will only work with a 64-bit Windows OS

There are some additional features not addressed in this list. Please refer to Intel's documentation for complete specifications.

Cosmetically, they may have some scuffing or minor to moderate delamination on the top of the paperboard heatsink cover, as well as old blacked-out markings in that area. There may be some wear around the mounting holes where screws were installed and removed. Please see the photos for the condition of a cosmetically average unit.

Please note that this is the business model of the NUC, intended for direct installation in a larger system. As such, it did not and does not include a case or any other modules, accessories or peripherals.

• BIOS backup battery (installed)
• Heatsink and Fan assembly (installed)
• System Jumpers - Please see the photos, and please refer to Intel's documentation for details about what they do
• 36W Plug-in power supply, 3A @ 12V - North America plug ONLY! No foreign/international adapters are included!
